Talk
How do we know we are not blankly echoing when we are speaking? In other words, do we say what we think, mean, and believe? When do words we learnt becomes our own? Often, words become a script. I suspect, we no longer speak from our heart, either because we are afraid, or we lose our awareness. Awareness of which life is ongoing, and that we are not some walking echoing machine. Words are living. Those words that does not come from the heart are dead no matter how sophisticated they sounded. However, those words that are spoken from and through hearts are ever living even if they are seemingly simple and repetitive.
